Can't respawn in creative for Mineverse [48 Hours]

Hi! I don't know too much about Minecraft myself, but my son has spent the last few days trying to respawn in creative mode on mineverse, but every time he hits respawn it says 'You've died'.

He doesn't know what to do. Can someone help?

He has just told me he was given a book called Goodnight my child or something like that and ever since then he has had this problem.

I just saw another thread about this but the thread is locked, so I can't reply which is why I started a new thread.

 

Hello he has in his inventory an item called a death item it causes his player to die repeatedly. I have the solution if you click http://shop.mineverse.com/ click extras type in his minecraft username click continue find the one that says clear inventory [creative] click that then click checkout click claim for free. Then your son should be able to log into the creative server and play again within 1 to 3 minutes. Please reply back if this didn't work.

ok so that didn't work Does his player die or does his game crash?

 

His player dies. Nothing else. He logs in to Mineverse, clicks to go on creative and it comes up 'you have died'. Respawning just repeats the same message.

 

ok so the above solution didn't work, but did it take the death item?

Thanks. I managed to clear the items in the inventory but still dying. I couldn't work out how to do the other suggestion. Thanks anyway.

This is what I do.
1. I go to the server Prison (or any other server)
2. Type /creative
3. Then,DONT MOVE!
4. Hurry do /clear in creative.

 

the 1st time you get this,its trouble.
To prevent its easy, always full up your hotbar with a sword or block or anything. And if a person gives you ANYTHING just press E and hover over the item. If it says "Good Night " or whatever do /clear. It may be a fun item though . But to be safe still do /clear.
You will the hang of it when you play and learn and soon yur know how to deal with it so easy. It won't even bother you.

 

I don't get what you mean. I went on to the prison server and creative. Then it asks me to respawn but doesn't allow it.

Hmmmm... can you take a video? And then post it so we can see the full problem? Or do you not know how (I dont know how)

You may need a Admin to clear yur data.

I have bumped this thread because weeks later I haven't received any help. I have messaged admin on here and emailed Mineverse support weeks ago. Got no response from either.
I think it is really unfair and quite rude that the admin on here didn't reply, even though they have been online several times and more than likely read my message, so thanks for nothing.

 

I'm extremely sorry that you're not getting a response, I got no clue whats happening on that end. The most I can do is add you to the list of players that are having the same problem and their player data will be all reset as a new temporary solution.

We're hoping to find a permanent solution for these death items in the near future, as it is very tedious to try to fix. Just to make sure, is your in-game username Ultiwarriro14?
