I would love to be part of staff because I have always had a passion for helping others and doing the right thing. I have started Mineverse on May. 21st 2013; during that time I've experienced MANY player reactions, a little stress, fun times, confusion and got through them all and have learned almost every time. I take experience from real life into Mineverse, and I have had leadership opportunities throughout my life. I am very trusted by lots of people to complete challenging tasks. I also never once got banned Mineverse, nor any other servers, besides one private one that my friend owned. I have good work ethic; I can get through a mod request or a report (etc.) very fast, while at the same time being polite and professional. During the time I'm online I'm usually on KitPvP, but if anyone needs me to go to any other server I will obey. I don't keep people waiting that long, if a mod request is asked and I'm doing something (like PvP'ing or Building my base in Factions), I'll stop to answer that mod request and make the player feel like I haven't ignored them. Although I'm not mod I help as much people as I can. I have a large dedication to Mineverse. I play it almost everyday; when I'm not on the computer for homework, guess what? I'm finishing my homework as fast as possible to go on Mineverse (still trying to maintain my A's so I don't get behind). I also have a dedication to help people, which stretches to outside my computer as well. My dedication to moderating the server is large, I enjoy making other people feel happy, and pursuing the community. I never forget a task I need to complete (always put any of my tasks on notes). I like to consider myself involved, not only with the community but also with staff. I talk to people over Skype in a friendly manner. I perform well at tasks I have to complete. When answering a mod request (on any server I am mod on; none at the time), even the most basic questions like 'How do you get to spawn?' I with always start with 'Hello', 'Hi' or something similar to make the player feel I'm taking time to help them, never to be mean in any way. While ingame I always act professional, never being silly. I understand a little funand games is good, but I never go over the top. I promise if you give me the opportunity to be apart of staff I will NOT let you down. I will make you proud. I love the feeling of making people's day. I want to be noticed. I want to be that person that people look up to. That people ask questions, and when I have answers. It's honestly the best feeling in the world. I will be grateful for any decision you make. If I don't receive the position than it will be understood. I know I have made some rough mistakes, and I have learned from them. Life will always throw tough situations at me, and I now am learning to face what others throw at me. I have learned to to take a stand for myself. How long can you be active on the server everyday? I am EXTREMELY committed to Mineverse. I usually get my homework done at school so I can come home and play Mineverse. On weekdays I can get on from 3:25 PM - 10:45 PM. On weekends I can get on all day. I don't get a lot of sleep but I usually get off at about 11 PM - 1AM and wake up at like 9:00 to 8:00 AM. Do you have any past experience as a moderator? I have hosted 3 of my own servers which shut down due to Money problems, I have been mod on many servers such as ForbiddenPvP which is still up but I really only play Mineverse. I was mod on MinecraftSG but the server closed because the Owner sold it. I have been staff on many other servers but none currently, I have always wanted to be Staff on Mineverse since day 1. How long have you been playing Mineverse? I've been on Mineverse for around 2 years now, some of my account names were; Elcrosby, ColtonGibbsWall, and now xFrozenMan28. Which two servers would you like to moderate? If I could chose two servers too moderate it would definitely be Kit-PvP and Factions as that's where I can help the server the most and which it tends that more people hack on these game types. Some attributions about me Trustworthy: I have never scammed or cheated in any way, as you can see, my ban count reflects that: 0 Bans on Mineverse. I feel like scamming is totally wrong because your taking other peoples stuff and not giving them what they wanted in return. Experience: I've been playing Mineverse for quite a while, I know answers to most questions, I can help with things other people don't know, I remember starting somewhere in 2013. Responsible: If I ever accidentally don't give someone an item during a trade (if it despawns etc.), I'll get a new item to them right away or give them whatever they gave me back, I'm trusted with challenging tasks and boring assignments but there's nothing "not-fun" about being a Moderator on Mineverse! Even when your helping a inpatient or rude user, it's still fun to help them because it's the right thing to do . Maybe I just find it fun :p. Active: I consider Mineverse as my second "Home" I am always on Minecraft and I only have one server listed, that server is Mineverse. I can get on for about 6-10 hours daily if I have no school (which are on the weekends) . Friendly: I always start a conversation out with a warming "Hi" or "Hey" to greet the player and make him/her feel comforted. Being "friendly" is one of my biggest attributes and I'm never not nice because I believe it is very un-professional. Over the year I've experienced many good players in Mineverse, but also bad players. Whenever one of the "bad" players or a "good" player brakes a rule I always be nice and ask them nicely to stop (that's what /kick is for), although there's sometimes people that are rude and are trying to cause a conflict or drama. Usually when it gets to that point I'd take a video/screenshot and ban them, then if they appeal I might unban (if they learnt their lesson). I don't want you guys to think I'm "too nice" and will let players brake the rules, because I won't I know exactly how to handle the users and will always act in a professional manner. Aware: I am aware of my surroundings and will answer any questions asked to me if I know the answer. Not very often do I not know the answer but when I don't I will always ask a Mod/or a player that knows. Clever: I'm quite smart both academics wise and mental wise. To put this in more ways, I'm not easily fooled. I am good with grammar which will be stated below, and to keep it brief, I'm quite smart Effective/Efficient, eh, whatever works for you: I like playing a role in the community and making a difference in the server. Mature: Get someone to tell me I'm not mature, though I have a sense of humor, I act quite mature for my age. I could say some users of the Mineverse community are very mature and others not so much. Decent Typer: I have a decent typing speed, so I can try to help as efficiently as possible, though you must understand, I sometimes receive some lag as I'm typing and processing the request of the message to the server (usually when I have a thousand tabs open and multiple applications running). I noticed many Mods get "spammed" with questions and conversations this is when my fast typing and fast reading come into play. I have much experience with "spam" and responding quickly to all the users that message or ask me something. Helpful: Well, first of all, I'm pretty active. I know a lot about Mineverse, but I always have something to learn everyday. I can help with just about anything besides like getting a rank back, and off topic questions (etc.) Good with grammar: I would personally rate myself to have exceptional grammar, vocabulary and comprehension, we can all blame my Language Arts teacher for that. Humble: I don't like to show off. I think bragging and boasting just makes you feel good for a short amount of time and once someone surpasses you, you'll fell envy and jealousy.
