I can only mute if they are online. I only successfully muted 2 people.

Obviously a perm ban is semi-harsh.
Temp isn't an option, mute only works when they're only online.

I better ask Cypriot to add temporary ban to our permissions.

Meanwhile , i'll keep this post open for when he adds it. Or maybe perm ban them.

EDIT : I'll just ban them and just take it easy for them when they appeal.
