ESPA Under new ownership

As you may know, ESPA
was dead.
It was unclaimed,the warp was gone, it was greifed, ect.
Now it is owned by me.
Dont think it is the way it was, it is now run by Vandetta, now called Vandetta Community Services [VCS]
Joining is free, and if you are in Vandetta you are all ready joined here. No payment is ever needed in participating.

ESPA is not a copy of nasa, just bringing Vandetta into space more like.I decided to keep it as ESPA as it is the same base as ESPA and sounds better than Vandetta Space, and introduces the VCS (Vandetta Community Services) program.

 

So ESPA is NASA, except it's in survival? I'm confused... O_o
