Your spelling wasn't that bad. Anyways, many people have had this problem. From what I have heard, it is simply a prefix bug, and your rank is still what it used to be, just that's ur prefix has changed. Do you still have the same permissions as ur old prison rank did? BTW, what prison rank were u before you bought the rank for Mineverse?
He just said it... He was a veteran, which is the rank after citizen Anyways, have you try to email the support?

Veteran has no upgrades or commands. Its just the prefix So losing that means that he lost all of the money he spent on Veteran...
Oh, ok. Well, if that is the case.... Send an email to mineverse support. Their email address is [email protected] Be aware, they will probably take 2+ Weeks to reply or may not even reply at all. Don't spam the service as they are busy people, and have things to do in real life as well. They receive many email each day, and would take them a long time to reply to EVERY email they receive.
