SnowyLegends helper application

Before I start this application I'd like to give a little introduction, My name is Durim I live in the UK but originally from Albania as you will see I'm actually 18 years of age and currently studying business law in college, for fun I come play on minecraft servers and I've fallen to like Mineverse the most recently and Like to become part of the staff team in this server .

Why do you think you should become a mod; Moderation comes with many responsibilities and I like to think with the skills I have, I personally believe I'm the type of person who can keep up with them responsibilities and ensure that the server rules are enforced. I'd like to go on to discuss the main attributes I could bring to this server.

I'm very responsible: I'm someone you can trust to get things done as quickly and as efficiently as possible. I'm someone who can deal with any situation and will always try ensure that no situation gets out of hand, whether this means I use the powers given to enforce rules or just have a discussion about the rule broken and possibly try resolve the problem with the fairest punishment if necessary.

Non-biased: I'm the type of player who try's to ensure when I'm making decisions I'm not being biased, many people like to give close friends the benefit me personally someone who is a close friend should be more than aware of the rules and should never be breaking the rules. Personally I like to leave my relationship with friends to one side and ensure the punishment I give is for the better of the server, and hopefully they'd understand It's what I have to do.

I'm active: I'm only recently joined Mineverse, how ever I've got plenty of time I'm willing to dedicate to Mineverse and I will be dedicating. I played on multiple servers for up to 10 hrs a day when I needed to, and will always play for much longer when necessary`, I like to become well known by the community and build relationships, the way I could ensure I do this is by being active.

Dedication: When I have my mind set on one thing, I will always ensure I finish it. If something is given to me to do I'll always ensure I do it to the best of my ability, this is due to the fact that when something is given to me I'm very dedicated to ensure that the task is complete.

Willingness to help: Personally I think a moderator has two main jobs, one being enforcing rules and the other being helping players, as a mod I'd ensure that the newer players to the server feel welcomed and want to stay on the server and hopefully even learn new things from more experienced players such as my self.

Communication: Communication is very important with moderators as you are working with a team of staff, some of them being on the same level and some of them having higher authority. Sometimes when you are deciding to give someone a punishment and you're not sure what punishment communication is the best way, speaking to mods and admins to ensure you are doing the right thing will be very useful and I believe I can easily communicate and become good partners with other people quickly.


How long can you be active on the server everyday: 5 hours + (if needed I could do much more)

How long have you been playing Mineverse: I've only recently started to play mineverse actively.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator:

I've never really had the time to help with moderating servers, however I'm more than aware of how moderating servers work, and how the commands work.

Ive never seen you so...no support.

 

Maybe we play different game modes, maybe our time zone is different? Over this week I have played factions for five hours or more a day. Don't be so quick to judge I don't mind that you don't support, your just saying no support because you don't know me. Possibly try get to know me. How ever thanks for the opinion.

I totally agree, knowing the community is a key for mods, It's just the way the previous guy stated it, it made me feel like he's saying "I don't know who you are, you're not worthy for mod".

Get to know the community better, add some color to your application, be creative and make it unique to you, as the others, I'd say about 50% support.
