And again, i hope you realize if they really enforced this every server would have to shut down. Mojang is bluffing. Do you really think they would shut down servers like mineplex, thenexus, and the hive? They would be crazy if they did, because they would lose money, because youtubers would have no where to play. And where does most of their advertisement come from? You guessed it, youtube. If they did this they would just drown themselves.

I researched the topic its any server that doesn't adhere to the rules gets in trouble mineverse doesn't currently adhere to the rules going to be put in effect. They would have to change the donator layout. Donators would lose kits and only be able to use pets, special texture packs, rainbow leather armor etc. nothing that makes an advantage only cosmetics are allowed.

 

They will sue them but they can also buy their rights for like 1000K lol

 

You dont sue a server XD. You just shut it down. Its their game, they can do whatever they want.

 

you can sue a server. its happened to servers before.

 

you can sue just about anything and anyone.

 

Other servers can sue each other, but mojang has Never sued a server. Google it.
