    Where is the evidence? Also, when you are reporting someone, put it in the right section like "reports" and use the report template. Thanks.

    Well he wasn't advertising the ip so it technically means he wasn't advertising.

    Yes technically, but if it was a Popular server (Or loads people know about it) or even Have a website they can look it up and get the Ip.
