So I've been thinking lately. What if an Admin thinks someone is capable of being a mod, but still isn't quite sure? Well, I was thinking about a new Staff Member rank called 'Deputy'. Basically, Deputies are mods in-training. They have limited perms and will stay a deputy for either a stated amount of time, or until they have proven themselves ready of being a real Mod. Any ideas? Disagree? Please tell me how you think of this.

There on the Skyblock forums, but I'm happy with what we've got.
