How do I get Top Voter?

I vote everyday for May,June and nothing !!!!
Why....it There something special you need..idk help me

You can't vote the same hour you voted the last day. You need to vote 1 minute after

You're only supposed to bump once a day at the most.

Scenario:
You vote at 10:32 AM today.
For the vote to count tomorrow, you need to vote at 10:33AM or later.
And the next day, at least a minute after your last vote. It goes on and on.

so basically if you want to get top voter you have to be serious about it(some people go overboard). You don't have to be online for the vote to count, you just have to know when you voted. The website where you vote will tell you when you can vote again. If you try to vote earlier than a day after, it will say You already voted today.
