Its becuase he bought commander in game when he already had god ya i know what you mean

 

It is a problem which everyone is having at the moment. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. It's the two plugins interfering with each other, one is the BuyCraft (which handles shop.mineverse.com purchases) then probably the other one which is the one which handles the in-game purchases (like when you right click signs to get the rank).

Sadly, there is nothing you can do about it right now, you will have to wait until they fix the problem
