MVP rank upgrade from crates

I just received a mvp rank upgrade in crates. I need help claiming it. If anyone can help me I’ll appreciate it.

 

i can help you with that just let me know in game i have a note as well but no use cause im god rank ill be glad to help with the rankup im online most of the time igname is DustyFall im ususally on the skyblock server or kitpvp or oppvp

 

granted you need to show proof and dont lose the note put it in your enderchest
