Was this a death warp, as in he advertised a warp and this is what it spawned to?

 

Wouldn't there have been a message in chat informing him of being inside this players island region upon warping?

 

no it was no a deathwarp a spawn i was afk and he started to kill me with lava so i told a MOD and they told me to report them because that is still a death warp

 

I've banned the player for Lava'ing others. Idk about the death warp part.
