Global cooldown for commands

I think that removing the cooldown for commands is needed and im not sure why its there in the first place. Ive died on kitpvp multiple times now in p4sets due to the fact that if i type "/heal "then accidentally put "/heal#" I then have to type it again, which is what I do but then I die since im always told that commands have a 1 second cooldown. What is the point of the cooldown? It isnt useful in any way and causes people to die in pvp based game modes? @Noobcrew @Janice

An antispam plugin would only be needed when talking in chat though, why is it there for commands

 

The anti-spam cooldown should not block commands in my opinion so support !
