Kit PvP TQAD banned.[Already Banned][Sab]

Use this forum to report a player for breaking any rule. Please include:

1. Your ingame name:Skpye
2. The offender's exact ingame name: He got banned/ He has many alts/
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Well, he recently got permmed banned,but he has access to a lot of alts. Ip check him if you can... Here is the list of his alts that I know
