it’s been about 5 years… time for an update don’t you think? Hello everyone! My name is Janice (Janice999) and I am currently an Administrator on the server. To keep it short, my job is to help make sure the server, forums, and social media platforms operate smoothly and efficiently. I joined Mineverse in late 2014 playing mostly Skywars, Creative, and Op PvP. I’ve always wanted to join the forums during that time, but due to some issues, I wasn’t able to create an account until September of 2015. Funny enough, I created a moderator application the next day and just after a month, I was promoted. Flash forward exactly five (my lucky number) years later and here I am now as an admin. It’s been a crazy journey so far, but I’ve loved every minute of it. The people I’ve met and the work we’ve created will always hold a special place in my heart. Aside from Mineverse, I have lots going on in my personal life. I am currently a full-time college student studying in Business Marketing. I’m an officer in one of the university’s business organizations as the Social Media Director and a Fam Representative in another social organization. I also do some freelance work in audio and video editing with my old choir that I was in for 12 years. It’s definitely been busy, but I’ve been managing! Some fun facts about me... The nicknames I’ve gotten over the years are ja-nice, ja-nice-nice, janwater, janverse… (literally jan-anything), niece and Lil Yen. My hobbies include portrait photography, Disney plus, listening to music, and talking to friends. I love to eat pasta, chicken wings, and of course, boba. Music wise, I enjoy listening to pop, K-pop, anything Disney, acapella and pretty much whatever’s on the radio. Some of my favorite bands are BTS and Pentatonix. My favorite colors can be a mouthful, but they are aquamarine, periwinkle, and rose quartz. I know, I’m a little extra. Every day I try my best to spread positivity, to help people, and considering my role, to lead by example. Feel free to ask me anything in the comments!
