Fix in Progress vehicles plugin

I was trying out the vehicles plugin on creative & tried placing a car, it said that you can’t place more than 2 but the previous ones i’ve placed were cleared with entities before i could pick them back up

i’ve tried placing on a different plot in a completely different chunk but it still won’t work

now i can’t place any cars help pls
