probably won't happen. auto playing music is one of the most annoying things in the whole entire world. our profiles are like that so that you stop looking at them

Bump + Re support The other day I decided I wanted to change my profile cover, and that got me thinking... What type of stuff could I use on my cover besides just a plain GIF? So in roughly about 30m or so I made this clip but spent nearly 8 hours trying to find someway to get the file size small enough to work on the forums but not to the point where the quality is terrible. Profile songs would not only tell others more about yourself when stumbling upon your profile, but its also a way to interact and connect with those who share an interest in a similar genre of music. Here is the clip that I made, hopefully It will find a home on my profile one day
Looking into this. Found an add-on that might work with our version of XF. Sent a DM to Crew about it so I'll see what he says. If this is implemented, it will be a lifetime premium perk that requires administrational approval so you guys aren't playing song that are bad! If you guys are good, maybe you can do it on your own. if crew says no i have to reject this : (
The suggestion has been approved by Crew. Will be getting the add-on files and have them uploaded to the Forums. If the add-on doesn't break the Forums, I'll set up the correct permissions and test it out!
This suggestion has been implemented. Allow me to break down how it will work. This feature is only available to lifetime premium members only. Members who wish to have a profile song must make a support ticket and must select the "Forums Related Help" department, and then select "Profile Music Permission" Please link the YouTube video/audio you wish to play. The video/audio will be approved by me or Tuber. You will then receive access to add a profile music under Personal Details. NOTE: Any form of inappropriate music will result in your profile being unavailable to members until removed. Unfortunately, the autoplay part of this add-on is not functioning so I'll try to get in contact with the people who have designed the add-on we're using! The positive note is people are not bombarded with music on profiles, so it kind of is a good thing on one note!
