I'll just basically say what I told you. I think it's too soon.

When you resign, you're saying moderating isn't for you presently and for the foreseeable future. If you're unsure about your place on the staff team, there's Staff Absence you can apply for that will give you time to figure or work things out. It's to prevent people from resigning and reapplying whenever they feel like it and to reduce the amount of resignations and reapplications.

For all I know, you made the right choice about resigning. But now you're reapplying because you miss being on the staff team (Most ex-staff feel this way for any amount of time after they leave), and you're impulsively reapplying to fill that gap even though you know it'd be better for you to stay off the staff team. Again, I'm grasping at straws here to what's going on with your life, feelings, and thoughts. Just seems you're bouncing back and forth between your decisions.


You resigned because you thought it was the best choice, I want you to take more time to think about if reapplying is the best choice for you, now. Good luck Atom.

Although I supported, I have to also agree with this opinion. I thought it was strange that you resigned (obviously due to the fact that you thought you would be unable to moderate with life issues) and then became more active. You can always make an inactivity thread instead of resigning, just for future knowledge.

Similar to you, I resigned and re-applied extremely quickly (I resigned, re-applied a month later, and got the position in a week). Because of this, I can’t really tack on you for wanting to re-apply because you regret the decision or whatever. Seeing as you were a good mod and you still know all the rules, I don’t see why this makes you a worse candidate. If anything, this puts you at an advantage. However, make sure to remain active as an applicant and prove that you won’t resign early again.

Thank you sniff, As I said in my app I resigned due to irl issues, looking back it was a rushed decision and I should've made an inactivity thread but my personal life> mc.

Sorry Atom but I've heard some nasty things you've done from moderator(s) themselves (not that I've asked but I've been in the middle of some pretty bad things about how you were and what you did) and that you're even currently banned on survival for x-ray is even worse (I've seen the evidence and it's had me convinced even).. it's not only that but I've heard you were aware of people using hacks (particular x-ray on survival) and that you've also abused your mod rank to get away with breaking forum rules but since you were a mod you weren't punished for doing the same thing back to the person that rate abused you. Not to mention you did resign not too long ago to begin with but that's not a real definite reason to why I'm no supporting you.
