I don't quite understand your suggestion. So let me try and get this straight and correct me if I am wrong, you want to add a way to get diamonds, redstone, and iron/gold ingots back to their original state? If it is that you should use a silk touch and if you want smelt some of it and save the rest you mined.
No support. If the server has mcmmo you can dupe all the ores if you have silk touch, you have an unlimited supply. No need to add a recipe.
