Command not working on New Survival

Hey Guys,

I got prompted that I had 1 reward from MVCrates.
When trying to do /cr claim it said I had insufficient permission.

How can we get this fixed?

I think it was simple mistake that can be fixed.

I've come across this problem too, but lets not try to derail this thread. Maybe make another thread for this problem, in bugs/glitches because it's a command that working but not working correctly for an unknown reason.

I've asked kinsey to do this already like a week ago not to mention it was in his long changelog list of changes? when is the last time you tried?
