Tags for Mineverse

Alright, so I know that this has probably been requested in the past, but I don't think anyone has ever made a thread for it.

Tags. What are they?

Basically, when you type in
@ and the persons name after it. For instance, @jarroyonaples or @blossumwarrior . Now when these certain players are tagged, they will get a notification that looks something like this:


So you click on the alert, and something like this shows up



Now as you see in the picture above, my name is a bluish color, to match the Skyblock Forums theme.

The tags work as a way to share threads if you want.

You could tag a friend to see the thread because you liked it.

A friend could tag you if they wanted you to see a thread.

There are many more ways for tags to work.


About the color, here, when we tag, it usually shows up like this:

@Lola Perez

In the picture, there was no @, meaning the tag worked.

Now to fit the theme of Mineverse, since Skyblock Forums uses a certain color. I thought Mineverse should too.

The tags would look something like this:

pokemaniac01

MrParkourGuy

jarroyonaples

Yes, tags should be added, they've been broken since the day I've been here.

I support, as tags would help in Ban Appeals, Reports, and everything.
I think he tried to fix them, but it didn't work.. We may not get them.

 

Tagging notifications are already built in, I'm trying to remember what section it's under in the settings. If I'm not mistaken it's under alerts/notifications.

The only downside of having them enabled is that it can get very spammy, very fast

 

They are broken in general.
