Map submissions can be made 24/7 and can be accepted at any time, no need to wait for a competition. Some of the maps you are suggesting were only submitted for the competition and can therefore no longer be accepted due to them not being an official map submission. Adding all of these would definitely make Infection more enjoyable for new and old players. Especially the maps, although in my opinion the current map selection needs to be re-thought.
