Handled got mvp in a crate on op now want it mvp for all gamemodes

i got mvp in a week or to ago and i didnt know where to find a support ticket section lmao but can you please make my account mvp cause i got in a crate but i still have premium for everything else

 

I think if you get a "rank" in a crate it simply gives you what /kit <rank> gives you rather than the actual rank.

 

I think you might have to confirm ur email to view the support ticket section

For yours, it'd be an admin-related problem and the gamemode would be OpPVP. I don't think you'd have to confirm your email to make a support ticket? Just explain that you won a MVP rank in a crate on OpPVP and Janice should be able to check chat logs and get it on your account.

 

There should be a message as soon as you log into forums
