Can't join MV - Stuck on Loading Terrain

I have tried multiple other servers and they all work! Mineverse keeps getting stuck in an infinite loop of "Loading Terrain" and then giving an error message of Timed Out. I have disabled all firewalls as well as tried this on other networks. How can I fix this?

In some cases , I do manage to get into the Lobby , but no commands respond and I get kicked after a minute.

When I press "escape" during the Loading Terrain , I can see the map has nearly loaded , but I get either "connection was forcibly closed by the remote host" or "disconnected or "timed out".

 

try using badlion client

 

Another thing I noticed was when I switched to a mobile hotspot from my wifi , it is able to load the terrain?

 

Have you tried the other server IPs to log into Mineverse?

skywars.com (Technically not MineVerse but still worth a try)

Doesn't seem to help , same issues.

 

How long has this been going on? From my knowledge, the server restarted about 2 hours ago so that might've been the issue.

 

Actually its been occurring for a few days , when I change to my Mobile Hotspot (but its incredibly slow and a pain to use) , it seems to fix the issue , and I'm able to play for some time , then I get kicked similarly.

This is really surprising because the server used to load fine for me , my WiFi is loading all other servers fine , I really don't understand why this is happening only on Mineverse.

I was looking around online for an answer as well and I saw multiple threads about how a specific "Scorebox" plugin was causing this to occur. I am pretty sure the Mineverse Hub uses such a scorebox , mabye thats the issue?

The scoreboard in /hub was removed a few days/weeks ago (April 6th) and was replaced with our own custom plugin. I would try to log in with a VPN on and see if it works.

 

I don't have a VPN unfortunately , ill go see if I can find one...

Any other solutions? none of the above worked.

 

This has happend to me multiple times but just fixes its self alone. Maybe give it time.

Have you tried logging out of your MC account and logging back in?

Aly i dont think its cause of that, im lagging so hard on mmc, etc. Only server i can log on is hypixel idk wtf is going on and its making me rage D:

 

How long has it been since you couldn't log in?

 

Have you tried using the direct connect option?

If so and it still didn't work uninstall and reinstall minecraft, back when this happened to me a while back it worked.

Guys I looked into this error because I have been having it too. NOTE: It is not your fault, this has to do with the broken lobbies on mineverse. But if it isnt that, here are a few solutions: 1. Log in with a VPN 2. Use a Hotspot. 3. Restart your PC and Router 4. Use the ip mineverse.org

 

About 5 hours.

 

Try doing all of the above solutions. If it still doesn't work - since you're also experiencing this lag on other servers - this might have something to do with your internet.

 

I've restarted multiple times , as well as tweaking settings etc.

It's been happening for the past week or so , sometimes it lets me in! It's only with Mineverse too and the IP doesn't make a difference!! :<

Yeah I tried logging in on my alt too , same issue/

 

are u using mineverse.net? or mineverse.org? Try using mineverse.com and try switching mc versions
