Why was my appeal to change my username approved before my support ticket about me purchasing an unban and it not working? It's been nearly 16 hours. I payed $20 for this.
Only 2 people on the staff team can handle support tickets, sometimes only 1. Any moderator can approve your name change.
I also made a thread which held the question why can only 2 people handle tickets? Doesn't make sense to me personally. I know staff members that have been active on the server for years and they are still regular mods? Why not promote people so they can help with bigger problems. I know that there are probably more things that are discussed only among staff regarding this, but this is simply how it appears to an outsider. An explanation would be nice.
Having access to buycraft logs means you could see the email, IP, etc used to purchase with. Unless you're comfortable to have any mod see that information, I think your answer should be quite self-explanatory. It's limited to two people. Purchases like unbans and donor ranks not being given shouldn't take long to handle, while stuff like chargebacks usually do. As Gang said, just be patient.
