Implemented Add Anvils Outside of Trading Rooms & Add Stone Pressure Plates

hello everyone, so i have 900+ levels on kitpvp and i do a lot of enchanting/combining items on there. for most of the times, everytime I go to try and combine items on there, there isn't any anvils for me to use because either there is people occupied in all trading rooms, or there is items that players have dropped that cause the trading rooms to get locked, causing me and others to wait until clear lag happens. I was suggesting if we could have anvils outside of the rooms or somewhere in spawn that we can access without having to wait all the time. very simple & helpful addition. Also adding stone pressure plates would prevent from items being placed on presure plates & holding it down. :p

At least they don't break like they did in 2013/2014. I think they had to keep replacing the anvils back then because they kept breaking after too many uses. Also support!

Also, would it be an idea to swap out the wooden pressure plates for stone pressure plates? This would make the pressure plates only give out a signal if a player is standing on them and not items.

SUPPORT! This needs to be sorted, literally the amount of times I see people *Cough* Deatails *Cough* Dropping items on the pressure plates is beyond stupid, like you end up waiting 5 minutes just to enchant or combine, or even do a trade!
