Hello! Welcome to the February competition! The December / January competition winners: @Halex00 @Joziar @JustExposed Congratulations! All your maps are in rotation on the Skywars server now. This months competition will be a 'Kill the King' event on OP PvP! The "King" will be given OP items / armor, the player who kills the King wins! Keep inventory will be turned on, so bring your best items! There will be three rounds, Each round will consist of 5 sub rounds meaning there are 15 opportunities to win. The first 2 rounds of the competition will be held on February 22nd, the last round will be held on February 29th. Round 1 | February 22nd, 3pm EST Round 2 | February 22nd 8PM EST Round 3 | February 29nd, 3pm EST. Each sub round winner will win: * $250 in-game cash in the form of a bounty reward * * 1 Legendary Key * * $5 Store credit * Note | You must be the person who kills the king on the death message [e.g. porkchop245 was slain by Janice999 using Diamond Sword.] In this case Janice would win a prize All standard mineverse rules apply, no hacking, macroing, or getting toxic in chat, we're all trying to have fun here. The king can only be someone who is apart of the competition team. So in other words it will be a staff member.

So the "king" will drop down from spawn and everyone will have to kill him at the same time or is it 1v1s? & do you have to win all 3 or do all 3 winners get the prize
It will be a free-for-all with keep inventory enabled and /heal [player] disabled. The "king" will have incredibly overpowered equipment way beyond what's obtainable ingame. I wasn't there when it was tested, but I believe it was a 2-3 hit for the king to kill people There will be 1 prize per event - so 3 winners in total
Yes with a gapple. From memory I think it was sharp 75, but during testing they decided to increase it even further. I don't really know though. We'll just have to wait and see ;)
