Bedwars Beta Testing & Discord Changes

Mineverse was one of the first English servers to add Bedwars and we're now finally adding it back. To take part in the beta testing, you have to apply through this application form: https://forms.gle/s2N2P87iin61RdUJ7

The beta is not just meant for you to have fun (though that's of course also part of it), it's also expected of you to give feedback, suggestions, bug reports or whatever it may be after testing. If you find a big bug, and do not report it to us, you may be banned.

There is only one requirement:
- No severe punishments (hacking, threats, leaking, duping) the past couple of months.

The current scheduled times are:

We usually play for around 2 hours.

If you get accepted you will be whitelisted on the Bedwars test server and can play whenever you want. The scheduled times above are official times we hope to get many people on at once. So feel free to play whenever you want, but these are times we'd especially like to see you on. Hacking at a non-scheduled time without permission will result in a ban.

We don't know how long the beta will last, but we're assuming about a week. After that we may take some time to make changes to the gamemode before releasing it publicly. All stats and echests will be pruned before the official release.

If you are accepted you will receive the "Bedwars Tester" role on Discord. Feedback is a huge part of the testing and can be said in calls, commented on this thread or sent in the #bedwars_testing channel. We will create our own feedback form after testing.

@Sando3 @Swift Suggestion: On hackers day, put something in the sidebar saying "Hackers allowed", so people cant use footage from that day to report someone by backdating to a different day

Question: Is hacking allowed all of Wednesday, or only at those times

 

The sidebar includes the current date and time so it wouldn't be "easily" possible for them to use this day as reporting material later on. There is likely also things to change that can extinguish that from happening.
And according to Sando hacking is allowed **all day** on Wednesday. That might be subject to change when Wednesday comes around.
