Why do you want to become staff?:

I would love to be staff on Mineverse because firstly I am very active and a very mature person, you may think I just say that I am active & mature but I seriously am I put a lot of time and effort into my work and make sure I have done a good job. Another reason I would love to be staff on Mineverse is that I have played here for a while WAYY before many players even was apart of this server. I love helping out servers with their problems with hackers and people who break the rules, Mineverse has a very iffy anti-cheat which I may not find many hackers but there is always someone bypassing the anti-cheat.

Being staff on a big HCF server is obviously very important for your future if you just applied and you got Pending for an interview and you had no idea what to do is not very good staffing, as I was staff on the previous servers I stated above I have heaps of experience which will help me out a lot during this journey. If you hire me as a staff member you will see how much time and effort and how much maturity will be put into this server.

I will make sure when players are joined and have no idea what the server is I will tell them all about it and to read a thread about what Mineverse is and if they have any other issues/questions after reading that I will be there to be able to help them out. I am also not a very toxic person so I am not gonna get mad over someone DDoSing me or something, I am going to take it kindly and mature like an adult. I don't really get mad and go immature often if something seriously has badly happened like someone has griefed the server I am not gonna go off like a little child and swear at them and tell them to go get a life etc.

I am going to take it maturely I don't mind if they are being immature to be me I will not be immature back to them. Another reason I should be staff on here is that I will work hard and put all my effort and life into this server, staffing positions like this means a lot to me so I will seriously do anything for this server no matter what it is. I will respect all players at any cost. I am a very kind, chill person just laid back.

I want to become staff because I am Australian, I’m not too sure about if Mineverse has much Hispanic staff but I know Hispanic staff are always helpful and useful so the EU don’t have to stay up late to watch over the server. Another reason is that I am an experienced and well-known helpful staff, after all my experience I have been told, oh you should apply for staff again, oh you were a great staff member, why aren’t you staff anymore, etc.

By hearing that I personally think that I must’ve been a pretty good staff member for heaps of people to ask me that, whenever I do apply my applications always get +1, Just accept him now, etc. And no I’m not saying that to make myself look good, it’s true people do say that and ask me that.

I also wish to become staff is because I am currently looking through the staff list and there is staff that I used to work within previous staffing experience, and they are quite high up as staff. I feel like I could use that to ask them questions If I never ever need help doing something or if there’s a command in-game I am not familiar to and they can help me out.

This staff team look’s brilliant to work with and If I do get accepted, I am pretty hyped and privileged to be working with such an awesome staff team. Having me as a staff is going to add heaps of things to the server, It’s going to add a helpful, mature, nice and active staff member, is it going to add an experienced and well-known staff member.

I personally believe Mineverse has a brilliant community and Mineverse itself is running quite good. Of course, my main job is to stop people breaking the rules in-game, if that’s hacking, spamming or whatever else is against the rules.

Active:

I'm really active, I'm checking forums 3 times a day. I'm in discord every day if I can play.
I'm playing when I can, I take every chance I have to play on Mineverse and I barely play another server.
I'm most at the time, the first to reply and comment on any threats on forums because I'm always online.
I always have suggestions. I believe something can always be improved. I will prove that I am really active.
I will always move people as I believe I can be an active member of discord.

Nice and Helpful:

Believe it or not. I mean no harm if I'm saying something you don't like. if I ever say that, I'm always open for a talk.
I really enjoy helping people as I believe everyone should do it.

I often see people asking for money to get a set. Well, I've done that every time I see it. I'm giving them so they can get a set and enjoy the server.

Because when they get a good claim, they will enjoy the server a lot more and that is an important thing.
I look at myself as kind and helpful.

I respect everyone. Doesn't matter the rank, age or gender.

I don't like to treat some people better than others. Sadly we human does this and I'm open if you think I'm doing so.
I try to help people, even without rank.

I see people in chat looking for an owner etc and I will always message them if they ever need something, they can message me.

These are the main reasons why I am applying for staff.

Banning and muting:

I often see people shout "STAFF TP" or "STAFF HACKER". And most of the time, I see their death message after some seconds. If I saw someone shouting or reporting someone, I would instantly tp and take action against the player if needed.

I take banning seriously. I don't like to troll them. I would instantly ban them or mute them. I don't mind other people doing so, but I personally wouldn't.

Due to me being active on the forum. I will review most player reports really quick.
I will take each ban and mute serious.

Honesty:

I hate to lie, although we human do lie.

I will always try to be honest as I believe in karma.

I will try to be honest with everyone, doesn't matter what rank they have or what gender they are. Everyone should be treated the same.

Maturity:

We all have been mature, but we have all been immature as well. I will give an example.

I'm more mature talking to people in helping room, that my friends.

of course, if it was a situation that I need to handle my job as a helper I would take it very serious and really mature.

Positivity:

IRL I'm not really positive, but for some reason, I'm really positive when it comes to games etc.

I believe everything can be solved or fixed when it comes to games.

I would help a player until the problem has been solved. I won't give up. I will try to solve every issue.

Recording:

I can record 60 FPS gameplay if needed.

I'm also able to edit the video if needed.

Then I can clip the video and upload it fast if people needed it.

Communication:

This will make communication a lot easier between members and staff because they'll understand what I say.

If players or staff cannot communicate, they will do their job less good.

What game modes do you play?

 

No support. You haven't been online on SkyBlock for a month, you've practically never played Survival, and you haven't played Creative in 22 days. The only gamemodes you've been active on are KitPVP and OpPVP. Unless there is another alt account that you've been playing on, i'm going to have to go with no support for now, sorry. You also missed out some of the questions on the application template, so might want to edit those in.

I have made mistakes and its time to walk through them if your not mature enough to do so I cant do anything about it and how am i not mature.

Also I probably do more reports on this server than any other player

 

Your “mistakes”, were less than 5 months ago. Your “mistakes” were also very frequent, so I’m going to make the assumption that those weren’t mistakes, they were just your cruddy personality.

Every person in the application phase puts on the persona of being a nice, helpful person, but if you look at their history, it’s plainly obvious that they’re just putting on a shtick to get promoted. You’re no different.

You have 32 reports in total, 6 of them being lack of evidence. Wow, you’re absolutely stunning. Sign this man up for the team immediately. I’ve never seen it done before.

Many people that have applied have done hundreds and hundreds of reports (*cough cough* me too). You flexing your 26 accepted reports will get you nowhere.

I mean not trying to be rude or anything but I have been very inactive and its clear to say I (WAS) toxic I mean if you're criticizing me for that I completely understand I was stupid at those time but I do know a end point and when you have people steady trying to push you down you kind of wanna retaliate but as a staff member I would never do that it will be stupid and extremely dumb. If you ask me if I can reverse time I would fix all my mistakes and many more would to but you can't and I have noted that that is effecting me. But still to this day Mineverse is litteraly given up to these hackers and I think enough is enough and we should try eliminating them slowly and slowly. Their is of course more than just hackers but that's my main focus and reason. But of course i will deal with everything else.
