Before I start off this thread, I wanna thank @Nautical_Nate for contributing to the creation of this thread <3. As we both have been playing the mineverse skyblock for quite some time, we thought these changes would add some variety & benefits to the gamemode, as well as fix some broken things on the gamemode. 1. Titans only get vanish on their own island Titans should only get vanish on their own island. This would help against island farming or island griefing. 2. Dirt Checks Big farms are competitive and some players island farm dirt to get an advantage over other players. This needs to be kept in check and mods have the ability to check blocks. The top farms involving dirt should be checked up on. 3. Sea lanterns/Prismarine Add sea lanterns to the shop, another light source, not to mention more style for builds. Same goes for prismarine blocks. 4. Lottery You win almost nothing from lottery, you get more from ctc. Bring it up to around $400 or $500, the ability to buy 4 or 5 tickets. 5. Cooldown for island resetting This would slow island farming down. EX: You can reset your island twice. A new player logs on and starts and island, but messes up so he resets. You can reset your island twice every 3 days. Any set amount would be fine, the only real problem with this is it would be harder to spot island farming. This could be fixed by setting the max island resets to 5 a week, if a player resets his island 5 times a week there is a high chance he is farming. 6. Warps Add a way to see what warps you’ve set. 7. Elytras Add the elytra to the shop. Another item to add to crates. Allows challenges to be finished. Another way to fly for low level players. 8. Island top It goes from 0-19. Make it 1-20. 9. Golem Protection Add protection for golems. Skyblock.net has this feature, so add here 10. Sand You cannot drop sand, it says it is an illegal item even though it is not. 11. Blaze Spawners and Silk Touch Allow blaze spawners to be silk touched. 12. Nether commands Allow /chat, /ah, /shop, and /tpa /tpaccept /tpahere to be used in the nether. 13. Banker Fix the banker at spawn. 14. Colors on items Let us be able to use colors on items in the anvils. &1 &2 &3 etc. 15. More biomes Add more biomes. 16. Bots There are bots that log on and off of skyblock, and everytime they do so it lags the server. Playing on a smooth server is more enjoyable than player count. 17. Nether reset Have nether reset every 2 months. 18. Remove the /fix timer Just takes away more permissions from ranks. 19. Add back /xpbottle Would help tons with gathering xp. 20. Skyblock loot crate rewards I think the galactic crate should have more things added in. @Sando3 thread touches on these, and it would bring more rare items into the economy. 21. Selling and /hat If you have something expensive on your head to flex, and /sell all u will lose your flex :( 22. /tpacancel /tpacancel doesn’t work, give us permission to use. 23. Fix Skyblock Crashing Skyblock crashes alot, there are some ingame bugs and bots also cause it to crash sometimes. Server would look more professional + players would have a better experience on skyblock rather then complaining about it going down. 24. More Blocks There has always been a need for more blocks on skyblock, and while the last update brought decorations, more blocks should still be available to players. 25. /is ban If you ban somebody, you don't want them to have access to your island. Players can still go to your island with warps, make it so that once a player is banned, they will not have access to the players island. 26. Glitched crate items You don't get some items that you win out of the crate. This is always annoying, wasting a key. 27. Clear Inventory Often times my inventory fills up with items that I can't sell and have no use for and would be quicker just to clear inventory. Give players access to /ci 28. Make egging islands bannable Make egging farms/islands bannable. This is a form of griefing, just without having access to build on the island. This can easily cause lag to a player logging on or just playing if there are many entities on their island due to chickens being spawned in. 29. Flight in the nether Enable /fly access in the nether. Thank you for taking the time to go through this thread and reading it! Any and all feedback is appreciated. Feel free to add onto the list! Vote for the best suggestions here. Skyblock and it's community is a great place, it just needs to be fixed in the qualities it lacks, and given the right updates.
Don't see anything on here that I disagree with. Mega support, all these will make skyblock better for everyone
great suggestions, fully support . although for the island reset cooldown maybe once per month is better instead of 5 times a week which is quite generous.

Make (26?) starter dirt have a different NBT tag, and buyable dirt to have the normal tag, so you can check (manually/automatically) if an island has more starter dirt then it should.
I'm looking into this aswell as having warps displayed on /warps I'll talk to crew about this. I'll talk to crew about this. This is because of the skyblock plugin itself, I don't think there's much we could do about this without a plugin rework. We usually do, the problem is if the blocks were acquired before logblock then they're not on record. I'll look into this too. I'll talk to crew
