Infection Prestiges 7-10

Unfortunately, prestiges 7-10 only give an extra arrow each (which can easily be done by suiciding at prestige 6 for infinite arrows). This provides no real incentive to further progress after prestige 6 and will give you nothing to look forward to. The grinding needed to get to higher prestiges is insane and the players who are dedicated enough to reach them deserve better rewards. I am suggesting that prestige 7 continues to get another arrow, prestige 8 gets one more arrow on top of that, prestige 9 should get fire aspect 2 on the sword and finally prestige 10 should give an unenchanted golden apple. This is just one suggestion but more could be done such as adding the blaze bomb to higher prestiges or something along those lines but the point is that we need higher prestiges to give better rewards (while still keeping the game balanced).

 

p10 should be way more OP than a regular gapple, i'm sick of all these nerfs

 

Support. Bottom-line he's getting at here is that Prestiges after 6 have to be worth the grind.

Right now, it's pretty lame to get 1 more arrow after each prestige when you already spawn with [arrow number] every time you die.

And don't pull the "But /suiciding for more zombie bonuses is not allowed" stuff on me - I know as well as any that it is human (that is, our species) instinct to keep using whatever stuff we spawn with even when we die unintentionally as P5+ zombies.

I concur to that, and it is more interesting to have debates on what we think should be the best prestige bonuses at P7+ rather than go by the book with what robo has suggested (although it does give us a good template to start on).

Support. If there isn't something more interesting than arrows then the game will be dead way before the year even ends.

 

Update: p10 only gives you 2 more arrows.

Swapping to neutral. The last thing that should be added is the blaze bomb. You would just destroy spots with 5 players, egg them, hit them a few times with arrows, then blaze bomb.
