Implemented Highest KS Leaderboard

So basically, leaderboards on infection finally work. It's missing a key feature, and that is Highest Killstreak. I feel like this should be implemented because it's a great stat to have and overall should just be implemented because why not?

Support. I suggested this to noobcrew and he said it's not yet added. This means it could still be added.
