Global Keys

There is a bug with keys in which they wont stack, even if it is the same key (ultra key ~ ultra key)

On oppvp when you get 'lightning struck' or open a dragon egg, you can get keys which won't stack with other ultra keys that you would get from voting or from any prize crate.

I've only experienced this on factions and oppvp.

This doesn't happen on: kitpvp (no crates or keys), survival, or skyblock.

Fix this so that every key you get will stack.

EDIT: the keys don't stack cause some have 2 tags the other ones have 3 tags, so set them to the same amount of tags.
