I support this. Hacking can also be a comparable aspect actually. Sure you could argue that hacking is unfair and is not allowed. However AFK'ing is not allowed yet people still do it. Vote parties may come once in a while, but that's still exp, exp that wasn't earned while others are grinding hours upon hours just to get anything close to what vp's give you; not to mention most people who sit AFK for the vp's don't even vote. My point is: for those new members, with no ranks, who have no kits, less efficient gear, will feel belittled by those with ranks, who can just use their kit and get tons of kills, effortless kills by killing people who are AFK. At this rate Infection is just Camping or killing AFK people.
Surely not. If they are even bothering to AFK in the first place means that they want levels. What other better way is there to get levels than voting? Besides, you can only vote twice a day. I'm sure they would have contributed to that vote party or another if they want the levels. If it is "Spawn-camping", sure, but eventually the donors get overwhelmed if there are enough zombies. Farming AFKs is more apparent in "Spawn-sniping". Kits don't give extra arrows or provide any boost in ranged shots. Non-donors have an equal chance of sniping the AFK zombies and this, contrary to what you say, does give them free EXP. Undeniably. Infection has always been about camping until the humans get overwhelmed. I'm neither for or against this; doesn't affect gameplay much anyway. The root problem here, as it seems anyway, is not people who AFK, but people who AFK and get drops from vote parties. I'm totally fine with farming the AFK zombies for free EXP. Even if the Alpha is AFK most of the time someone will step out and suicide to continue the game.
I'm not quite sure what your argument is here, I mean this thread is basically asking for it to be made against the rules in some aspect. They don't though. All of the xp is earned in ways it's not meant to be, you're meant to play the game and level up just like everyone else, not afk get free levels and give others free ones in the process. If anything, what you're doing is hurting yourself, because you say that vote parties don't give that much, but they could give a lot more if it wasn't for people who abuse them. It's the same reason why the chat reward thing was changed, it was meant to be as a nice way to get a little boost if you were quick enough, but sure enough people started only doing the chat unscramble, going as far as to either just keep chat open till it comes and only do that or even set a timer. My stance remains on this, support.
support, literally I log on and there’s at least 6 people afk, people should gain levels by playing the game not by afking for hours on hours.

neutral, i know its really hard to get levels on op but it is so boring to play infection when the alpha is afk
Further proof this should be added... no one won that game because the humans inside the zombie couldn't be attacked.
