I never thought I'd be here doing this but I guess here I am. I’ve been contemplating this for a while.
Little explanation into why I got demoted it is quite private for me and others involved but I feel it's necessary to explain my side of the story I'm keeping it for staff only
I hope you all understand,

Spoiler: Reason behind my demotion

I had been staff over on Minetime for about half a year when I was promoted on Mineverse I was happy but in the early summer of last year a guy was promoted over on Minetime to be a helper. We added each other on snapchat as you do because we were like, friends?. Anyway he asked me what my sexuality was and at the time I thought nothing of it so I told him I was bi, he insisted that I was gay just indenal and told me he was gay, he then asked if I wanted to see his crush I said yeah okay then? and he was thirteen I didn't really think much of it at the time. Later on down the line I open my snapchat again, I quickly went through my pictures that had been sent to me, I had a lot that were like blank because I had a lot of streaks at the time, until, to my shock, I saw a penis. I was shocked so I went back to see and this staff member had sent me a nude. He was 18 and I was 14, you may think 'oh well it's not like he's much more older than you' I was a minor and he was a legal adult and also I was shocked to be randomly sent a nude from this guy.
I told Pile, at first she didn't care, she just said oh well that's what kids do and I pointed out to her that he was 18 and then she sort of showed care. At the meeting later on that week Pile brought it up just as a minor point to which another staff member a year younger than me said he received them too. We kind of laughed about it and pile said she'd handle the situation. A weekish? after he was demoted for what he did.
After this he made references in the Minetime discord and on the forums, it was quite disgusting really some of the things he said. He'd make suggestive remarks about the other guy, heck he even had a whole folder dedicated to him on his laptop. If you really want the screenshots I can dig them out but I really can't be bothered and I don't really want to see it to be honest.
Then the finale, he messaged me a message on the forums basically saying I wanted it because I replayed it and I was playing hard to get and he still had 'a special picture of me' no I had not sent him nudes or anything of the sort but I assume it was some sort of selfie maybe idk?

Anywho I sent that pm on the forums to a friend and my parents went through my phone a few weeks after and found it. They told our social worker and then they informed the police, I wasn't allowed on any of my devices for 2 weeks whilst an investigation was taking place, ruined my summer ngl. Then because I hadn't messaged anyone for 2 weeks the heads of the staff teams thought I was just inactive but I had no way to message them. I actually was really upset every time I went to bed because I knew I would be demoted because I had no way to message staff to let them know. I feel my demotion was unfair. This was let to happen and I don't think that's my fault. I admit I may not have been that active but that was the reason behind my demotion and I was aiming to become more active. I also had other things going on at the time.

I'm honestly not going to go into a full on lengthy application because I do not believe that is necessary I'm just going to say what needs to be said If you want to see all my traits you can look at my past application

I was a moderator for about 14 months, it was a big part of my life and so was this server. I miss being part of a team and I care about this place. I feel like I belong in a team and I've missed that team environment. I know this may sound sad but this feels like home. I wish to help create mineverse to be as fun as it was and help it thrive. I also feel like I wasn't a great mod beforehand so I'd like to prove to myself that I can be.

I am experienced and knowledgeable I moderated for Minetime and Mineverse for quite a long while I've picked up knowledge and understanding of how to deal with certain situations and use commands etc meaning you would not have to train me or wait for me to learn the ropes.

I am trustworthy I cannot lie about something, because it is against my nature and I know it will come back to haunt me. Whenever I do or say something about one of my friends I always feel the need to tell them even if it's only small because I feel really guilty otherwise, I cannot just forget about it I'd rather be honest.

I am professional I can keep a professional manner when dealing and working with people there were many times I had to bite my lip when being a moderator.

How long can you be active on the server everyday?
I'm not going to lie and say I CaN bE aCtiVE fOr 7 HoURs EvErY DaY because that is just not true and unrealistic

Weekdays - 3 hours
Weekends - 5 hours

Honestly not sure, my free time can vary and I do not have a set schedule.

How long have you been playing Mineverse?
I'd say about 4 years with a large gap obviously after I was demoted

Perms and I had a false ban from Quert which was just a small misunderstanding

Yes
Mineverse - I was staff here for 14 months ish
Minetime - I was staff for nearing 2 years and in that time I was promoted to senior moderator

I understand I haven't been active at all up until I have suddenly come back but I have always checked back it’s like a habit of mine. I don't play and nor do you as a moderator, I have purely come back to moderate and help and pick up where I left off. I know I haven't done any reports but staff only look for that so they know you know how to catch hackers. I’m in a similar situation as Alex. Honestly not sure where this will get me but it is worth a shot I guess.

I deeply disagree with this statement. Reporting hackers not only shows your capability in catching hackers, but also your activity and commitment to the server. According to your statement and post history, it is evident that you show no activity whatsoever towards the server, and your commitment to the server is vaguely seen.

You did great as a moderator, but you're lacking on points mentioned. Sorry Chipe, but I can't support you right away.

Neutral. As much as I liked you as a mod, there would always be a time where you'd go inactive for weeks or even months for absolutely no reason. If you can prove that you will be able to show a steady and balanced activity then I will support you.

I see your point but I was told that by Kinsey, but fair enough. As for my activity I want to come back to moderate, I will post reports but I don’t really play.

I was, but I could go through waves of activity if you read the application you can see that I said that I feel like I wasn’t really a good moderator in certain aspects and I’d like to prove to myself that I can be.
Also your decision shouldn’t be based on what I was like as a past moderator I think that was then and this is now, first timers are not judged based on what they were like as mods and you do not know that that is what I will be like as a mod. If I’m to be judged for my past I believe it should be the positives what I can bring to the staff team and my experience.

There’s a reason for that which is private. Also why are you judging me what I was like as a past mod? First timers do not get judged and you don’t know if I’ll be like that again. If you are going to judge me based on what I was like I believe should be judged on positives.

I’m sorry Chipemunk I can’t support you yet, I have read what happened to you though the hidden content you left and it was honestly horrible and I completely understand now why you went inactive out of know where. But even though you just came back I just want to see you be more active if that’s doing reports or just being in-game. You just came back and I feel you really just need to show that you really do want to start where you left off. If I see this improvement I would love to support you.
