How did you win an argument against me? You replied with a useless response that wasn’t needed at all and not to mention our time zones are completely different. That person knows why I don’t support him as I was the person who caught him cheating over and over and made pathetic excuses on his appeals.

You do not deserve this position at all with how childish and pathetic you act. Just because I’m a retired head mod doesn’t mean I’m not allowed to be blunt and speak my mind.

I wasn't going to respond to your app but I know you have been wanting to know the reason I have no supported you. Listen you are a nice guy but you just aren't ready to be a mod yet. From the times I have talked to you and from what I have read from the last couple posts on your application I have found you to be a little immature. It is very hard for me to give you this no support because you really are a nice person but you just aren't ready yet. I wish you luck.

I'm beginning to think that maybe the best choice now is to close your application and repair your relationship with the community before trying to become a staff member. I agree with everything that i_am_youtuber said, and believe that you are still too immature for this position, because you still have trouble understanding what you're doing wrong, and you often give out passive-aggressive responses that make it seem like you're the good guy when you should really be owning up to your mistakes. If you want evidence, just look at all the responses in your application page, and you should find plenty.

I can sense your enthusiasm, but I can tell that your actions vary depending on what others say to you. For example, when someone supports you, you act all giddy and happy, but the moment you get that no support, you give some pathetic and passive-aggressive response, which you end with a polite phrase like, "I truly appreciate the feedback, have a wonderful day!" to portray yourself as someone who's mature and someone who can take criticism, when it's obvious that you can't.

Also, I don't think this is something you can really change, but I do not believe you understand basic societal norms like how to thank someone, say goodbye, etc. By your responses, it is easy to see that you are... different... from others in a behavioral sense, and I don't think that your personality would be welcomed in this community. For example (I am bringing up an old topic), your use of grammar in your application, which is awkwardly placed, gives me a vibe that you are socially awkward, because no one types like that, and you do not understand why people don't welcome you as much for it. Your advanced vocabulary doesn't come as a result of your honors classes, because they would instead teach you how to integrate advanced vocabulary effectively in your writing, and not just teach you to shove them in at every opportunity. Maybe this paragraph is a bit biased, but it is just my interpretation, and I believe that many others agree as well. Like @i_am_youtuber mentioned, I am not trying to flame you, but instead trying to show you why the community is reacting negatively to your application. Hopefully, this response and previous ones have cleared it up for you.

Throughout your responses in your application page, I can tell that you are becoming more and more put down as the no-supports pile up. Maybe it's time to give this a break for a while and come back when you are older.

I can't close my application when I'm this far. I'm just going to wait and see what the outcome is for waiting more than 50 days, anxiously waiting for a response from the HR's. I understand your constructive criticism, and I agree with you. Maybe I do portray myself as an immature person who forces people to judge my application solely based off of my "advanced writing skills". Until then, I will keep this application up and keep going. Ultimately, I feel as if becoming staff and helping out the community to my utmost ability is by far the most effective way of repairing my relationship with the community.

Despite the negative responses, you have shown incredible hard-work and determination, so I believe you will be an awesome moderator if you become one. To maximize your chances, really read the last ~10 comments and put that into memory. I think that once you begin to change your behavior, they'll begin to see how your determination outshines and outweighs your negatives.

I still support you. I agree with what has been said and hope to see you work on your maturity. It doesn't help writing like Shakespeare to sound mature when your replies kinda contradict it. (!NB! do not take that the wrong way!!! I respect the way you write, with all those big boi words, but it's just to get a "point" across !NB!)

Alright, I am posting this to clear things up. Yes, Lambo and I have not had the best relationship and it got to a point where I just ignored him. There were no problems for awhile until he commented on my application with something that was untrue. This made things worse and I was not very fond of him for a while. Today we talked on Discord and sorted things out, and he told me why he posted that on my application and etc. Lambo and I are okay now and I hope this clears things up. Anyway, please don't involve me with anything further. Good Luck on ur app.
