This is simply because we dont have enough staff to help out right now. I myself try to handle reports when I can bit most days I'm out working or doing other things which means I don't have all that much time to do reports + moderate in game.

I'm very sorry they do take long, I can't speak for everyone but I know a lot of us simply aren't really able to handle the dozens of reports we've been getting recently. There's been quite a bit of an uprising of reports we've had compared to what we used to be getting.
