Implemented Allow us to use /pay

    Unless I'm stupid or something /pay doesn't work on skyblock. No one has permission to use it.
    But yet we have /paytoggle to disable payments from being received to us?
    Right now the best way to give other players money is by auctioning items and selling it for that certain amount of money we want to trade off.

    That's my suggestion basically, simple enough hopefully.​

    /pay caused a glitch in 2018 where people could get infinite money. I'm sure they could fix it, but noobcrew decided just to disable it back then, so I doubt he'll change it

    Made a few updates to the current plugins and added the /pay command back. Should be safe to use now, sorry it took longer than expected. :)
