You haven't been online op pvp since the reset when I checked yesterday at least your player data didn't exist and /seen didn't know who you were.

The server has reseted so that may be your problem.

 

Maybe if you have proof of your e-chest being full then randomly being empty try talking to a staff? I'm not sure honestly. I have never heard about this..

 

The reset cleared bals pv's and echest.
