we have hackers everyday annoying people and no one to stop them. I post reports and even then it takes mods anywhere from hours to days to ban them.
believe it or not we don't volunteer to spend 24 hours a day on the server. we have lives, we can't always be on, and we don't have magic wands that fix all the problems.
I mean I generally think threads like these are extremely unfair towards to the staff team simply because they don't deserve it and aren't actually recognised for there work. Firstly you have the mods have a life situation which was stated by Tuber,we actually have to do stuff and it's physically impossible to help every single person who needs assistance every day. Then you have the timezones problem which is a pain on the but hole, I hate it when staff get complained at for not being active enough when it can be like 4 am there time, for instance majority of the reports you posted are when I'm in school or it's just the middle of the night and I need sleep, I don't find how staff members should be getting negative feedback because all it really does is adds unnecessary stress towards us, we do this for free,I don't see how making threads complaining about the team is going to improve it. This is just my opinion but staff need to receive more positive feedback from the community because they do way more work than you actually think they do.
im not trying to rip on them but as we speak we have a hacker screwing over op pvp and its the same guy with the same hacks that I reported so many times why wont they just ip ban him forever he has like a billion alts
doesnt the server ban vpns? also what happened to the anti cheat pluggin I havent seen it since 2017 when I was last on I understand its nt their fault im just venting a bit because these no life hackers are so annoying
it does more harm then help also im not joking when I say 100 bots are literally spamming op pvp chat rn like yesterday but a million times worse
"Everyday I can be on 4-8 hours however on weekends occasionally I take camping trips ect." Just saying
tbh staff should be on for an hour a day but they don't get paid so they don't have to ever get on if they don't want to. * most staff say they play everyday for 4 hours on their staff application but once they get the job they change that dramatically :_)
I feel that most applicants simply don't realize how hard it can be to stay motivated or how hard it can be to stay online that long at times. If you look at a lot of reapplications you can see their playtime numbers go down. Because like I said, it's hard to know when you haven't been staff before and seen what it's like. There are a lot of people (staff included) who need to use vpns/ use them for good reason. While blocking might fix one problem it would cause another.
Legit in the past Week ive seen 1 moderator on, please explain EDIT: And for your information simons4u hasn't logged on for over a month and hes still a moderator
Really, you're going down that road, unless you guys come on when there are legit NO ONE online then you never come on
Now, this is where I feel an unfair judgment comes from. Majority of the staff team is past 6+ months into staffing on this server, of course, their playtime is going to change during that time... All I'm saying is that these applications were made months ago and obviously things happen as time goes on. Well, I feel that with the first bit of this comment can be a misunderstanding in somewhat of a way, I'm just going to assume that you saw staff way more frequently when /spect was a command for us, please correct me if I'm wrong. Well if that's the case then there is a simple explanation for that, with the /spect command you were able to see a moderator on the tab but with /v which we have no, you can't. Everyone complains about the hackers on this server and no one can deny that because it's true so obviously staff are going to be spending a good amount of time trying to find them in vanish which could be a reason you're not seeing them as much. As for Simon please don't be blaming him, you can't blame him for not being able to get on when he's moving house and literally has no wifi.
