So I lost every level I had in 'Infection', and I hope someone can do something about it, I was prestige 2, total levels being 358, and I'm kinda devastated they're gone :I

So in the screenshot I am a prestige 2 MGySgt. I'm level 111 in the screenshot but I don't have a screenshot of me being 118.

I really hope someone can help me, I would really appreciate it. Until then, Maddy signing off of infection.

Give her levels back! I have also lost about 500 levels on Infection and it's not a fun time.

I got reset the other night too! I lost 229 levels! :'(

 

OK we need some proof of the levels before anything happens.
If you have any proof that you were that level, please post it here.
If no proof is provided within, 5 days, this thread will be closed.

 

But she does have proof. If you look in the screen shot. In the chat, her name (maddy1145) shows up. And her rank is prestige 2 + 100 something levels....
I just thought I would point that out...
