Thanks for the response, although why would I need to focus more in school when I have done my exams and I have greatly improved my grades that are now being well balanced between revision and playing on the server?

 

because a B isn't "greatly improving".
gotta get that solid 5.0 gpa boy

Just make sure that if you do get the position, remember that your real life is your main priority, because I see this problem in a lot of staff members, where they dedicate their lives to Minecraft and ultimately limit their potential in life.

 

Oh English isn't my problem, I had got the B in English but I don't struggle with it at all, it was my maths I was more worried about as I had literally got an 'E' in it, so I left the team to improve it.

Over the months I had been revising and watching tutorials to improve my maths and had been going to after school maths classes and in some points I even went to Saturday maths to improve it. I have done my exams and now I'm just waiting on my results.

Trust me this issue won't happen again because I have a much more balanced schedule on how long I should be playing Minecraft and revision time.
