Forums Top voter change

Hey so as most of you should be aware that there is currently monthly voters that get a prize for being in the top 10 each month, what I've basically been think about is to try change around the rewards based on what place you came in, this will make it much more competitive and will hopefully gain the server more votes.

Here's what I have in mind:

1st = $30 buycraft
2nd = $20 buycraft
3rd = $15 buycraft
4th - 10th = $10

Likr I said with this happening it will make the voters much more competitive to try and get top prize. Will make players want to put more effort and dedication to win a bigger prize.

P.S These prizes are able to change its just my opinion.​

 

It used to be top 5, but since the second website was added (allowing players double the votes) the top 5 became top 10(doubled).

It is also pretty competitive already. The winners vote almost everyday for the prize.


I have nothing against a change, but I don't see why one would warranted.

That would be nice actually, only thing is that probably Crew wouldn't want to lose money for stuff like this.

I mean if you take a look at December's winnings #10 was at 54 votes which is like 3 days of not voting? Although it may not seem as much but this person put in less effort compared to #1 who got 60 votes and still got the exact same winnings, at least with this implemented it will actually make players want to vote more and make it more of a priority to get a better prize.

 

So instead of having the server give out something that doesn’t cost them anything, they’d have to give out real money. Wouldn’t happen.

Support. If people are tied in the top spots then the winner should be decided by a raffle instead of the person one top.

 

Currently for top voters the top 3 winners get an extra $10 ($35) while the rest receive ($25)
