@lelddos (https://twitter.com/lelddos) has been DDoS'ing most major servers (on the same network) for the better part of the day. The DDoS mitigation is normally to reduce the attack size to make it not effect anything, but in this case, the attack is so large it takes down a large portion of their network. He also has another major network lagging out. I imagine the issue will be completely gone a little later, or in the morning.
