^^ since EVERY post by mods is "make a support ticket"
so its pointless of having it
      - people who say "some people may not know about the support tickets" just don't post
      thanks :2

Some stuff we can actually resolve without the need of a support ticket.

      Adding onto this.

We really only tell people to create support tickets if it's a payment related issue, or a bug. (Such as playervaults not opening.)

There's a lot of things that can still be resolved in the help section. If you hadn't noticed a lot of it is actually people looking for advice and such, not just wondering about a bug.

no thanks. Like kinsey said, some stuff doesn't need to be mentioned in a support ticket as there is still some stuff in the help section we can resolve there. New players also may not know what a support ticket is or how to create one, so they'll go to the help section.

No support tickets take a while for Admin related issues help is for moderators to answer questions. I understand you think its useless since people use discord but the people who dont we need to have it for them.

No support this section is where moderators or any other staff can help users with issues or questions that a moderator can solve or answer. For example, if a user doesn't know how to find a thread or doesn't know where to put a type a thread, any type of staff can solve this there would be no need to make a support ticket which can save the owner/admin(s)/head mods or senior mods time. An example of a support ticket would be if you found a glitch in your rank, a head mod, senior mod and a moderator cannot fix your rank only a owner or an admin can do so there for making a support ticket would be best suited for the situation. Think of the help section for more simpler question and support tickets as more complex situations that can't be solved In a simple response.
