Paid for Rank, not recieved.

Hi all,
I tried paying, or I did pay for the MVP rank, waited an hour. Still don't have it.

I got a receipt. Yes, I did put my full username in correctly. "KyroThePyro".

Odd, after I paid for it, it loaded me to a screen that I thought the receipt was supposed to go but it just went to this...

Best way to get this solved is making a support ticket as it’s a private help section between yourself and the Moderators.
