They aren't resetting. Nothing will be reset, the old servers will remain as "legacy servers" while entirely new ones are created for the update.
Maybe you should tell the developers that they're spreading false information because when you join the server it says "ALL SERVERS RESETTING SEPTEMBER 22nd"

Correct. That is a defense I thought of awhile ago too. Another one is that the definition of being wet is that something is entirely covered in water molecules. A water molecule, on average*, is entirely covered by water molecules. Thus each molecule is wet, and contributes to give the droplet of water a general degree of wetness. *The reason I say on average is that the water molecules on the outside are not entirely covered.
Considering it seems your question has been answered, and somehow you people turned this into an argument over if water is wet or not, I'll be closing this.
