I agree with it being 31 days, that needs to come back, but perm banning on the second offense is just stupid, all that would do is drastically lower the playercount and cause way more stress on the head mods.

 

Suggestion:
1st ban: 31 days
2nd ban: 2 months
3rd ban: Perm.

I barely believe any staff member on here will follow this, anyway.
No offense, but they for some reason dislike perm banning. (at least the old ones idk bout new ones)

This server bans should be similar to how hypixel bans.

Simple reasons to be banned for (other then cheating/hacking) could be like 2 weeks or a month.
Cheating/hacking could lead up to a perm ban.

I really like the idea of which if you claim guilty, no matter how hard you try, you will not get unbanned. That is what most practice servers should do. If you claim guilty, they'll unban you. (Ex: Velt & Arcane)
Unless its a false ban, it should be really difficult to appeal and get unbanned.

Yeah but mineplex has thousands of players.. we can’t afford to ban that many people

 

Wasn't talking bout mineplex...but still this server gets a constant 50 players and i can tell you at least 30 of them are blatant and or closet cheaters

I believe the 31 day ban would be good, but a perm ban on the second offense seems a bit extreme.

 

If anything, the second punishment should be 2 months. 3rd will be a perm.
