1st, I did not only leave this post because I was told. After calling you a Minimod, you took a very immature route, "perm targeted and muted" this basically shows that you cant handle yourself in situations where you may be mad, or in a bad mood. Also, you have been post farming on the forums before just so that you can get your reports up for mod which shows that you don't actually want to put the time and effort in to finding people that are actually breaking the rules. Also, after I left a negative post on your application you went onto the server and essentially tried desperately to change my mind. This tells me that you've probably done this and begged for peoples support in the past.

I don't think that's very appropriate. They're trying to give you feedback to where you could improve on and learn what you could be doing in future.

 

Now you're showing that you are unable to take criticism and improve upon yourself. Very immature, you're basically saying "you don't agree with me so your opinion is invalid and I'm not going to listen." all of these things make you a bad applicant.

 

I agree, as a mod taking criticism is one of the things that is needed the most. you will get a lot of hate and you need to know how to deal with it properly. I will stay with support but I'm on the edge of neutral.

 

No. This is just what he is telling me ingame he is evadeing with racism. Obviously it's immature to put the racist messages on my moderator application. Therefore I decided to include bans. All of your opinions will be inputed. Thank you.

He was telling me that I was saying thanks for your input was being sarcastic which in reality I was trying to end the spam commenting. Again guys ill let you have your opinions thanks!

Thanks for the tip, I probably shouldn't have ignored his replies has something to do with the bans. Anyways all of your opinions will be added. Your opinion is helpful.

 

I just screenshared abbie before they banned the guy in the thread. You are just making stuff up now because you can't handle criticism and are acting very immature. You are obsessed with me because I gave a no support. You need to calm down. Obviously not moderator material.

 

You're saying that its immature to put racist messages on your mod application. In reality, you are consistently drawing negative attention to yourself. You're handling these situations in the worst possible ways. Sure report them, you don't have to put it on your application though. I think people really need to edit their opinions on the idea of you becoming staff.

In the past I've hackusated before I do recall this. Sometimes it's a hacker or somethings it's not I understand I shouldn't call hacks for nothing. If this worries you understandable & just know if I say "hacker" sometimes it doesn't mean a specific person it means a cheater.

I have to change to neutral leaning towards no support. There have been multiple people saying you have asked them to change their ratings including me. You are a great person purge but you have to learn how to take criticism. You don't realize how much hate and criticism you get as a mod. Sometimes even more hate the appreciation. If you don't know how to handle it correctly you can end up in a situation that can be hard to get out of. Though I do know you have the determination to grow and learn. Once I see improvements I will gladly support you. Good Luck!

 

Thanks for the feedback, if you were talking about the tip you gave me all good. I understand I shouldn't ignore critizm. And from now on the best policy is to reply. Yesterday was hard with all the alligations going againsed me & being framed ect. Obviously stuff thats hard to understand right now but hopefully someday you can see the real side of me. No support, not very mature and I've noticed you've deleted some of your replies to other people giving you feedback. You also don't take criticism very well and I believe to become a moderator you should be a little more nonchalant about the negative things that people point out about you and work on them instead of trying to negotiate with them.
